The Gadget Buzz’s Andy O’Donoghue is limbering up for The Web Summit which returns to Dublin’s RDS next Tuesday. In a post on Medium.com he talks about the best advice for start-ups visiting the Web Summit and, what it really means for Ireland’s start-up scene as the world’s biggest tech conference takes a bow this year in Dublin before heading for Lisbon in 2016.
